Native to Baltimore Maryland, I graduated with a B.S. in Athletic Training from Towson University and worked in a variety of sports atmospheres for 5 years. In order to extend my knowledge in rehabilitation, I attended Kent State University in Ashtabula; I earned my degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant and was able to advance both my career and education.

I was a Division I swimmer as an undergraduate where I learned the importance of a healthy lifestyle and had my first introduction to Sports Medicine; Since then, I have never looked back. My background as an Athletic Trainer has given me a solid foundation for treating physically active patients. From initial evaluations of sports injuries, to the Return to Activity training for all ages, I strive to provide individuals with not only experience, but also knowledge to maintain healthy lifestyles.

Having worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings, my heart is in the outpatient orthopedic world. As a part of the CHC family, I hope to bring an Athletic Trainer’s perspective to the clinic while advancing my knowledge of the McKenzie Method treating neck and back injuries.

The Results...Amazing Outcomes!

"I thought I was going to get a hip replacement. The orthopedic surgeon said I had arthritis. You alleviated the pain that I had! You guys are the best!"
