Doctor of Physical TherapyTerese Seroka, Doctor of Physical Therapy

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University. I have completed the coursework for my Doctor of Physical Therapy. I am credentialed to evaluate and treat Vestibular problems (Vertigo, Nausea, and Dizziness).

I am skilled in establishing balance programs for all ages, and do this by evaluating and treating vision, vestibular and mechano-sensory components of balance.

Vestibular rehabilitation and the "balance" system apply to people of all ages, the child and the adult. Vestibular rehabilitation is an essential component of a child's overall motor skills and attention in the classroom. Growth and development can be altered for years to come if a vestibular problem is ignored in early childhood.

My treatment approach incorporates my extensive expertise in sports physical therapy. I am able to address and correct body faults that cause pain; enabling the athlete's quick return to the activity. I am trained in Emergency Sports Medicine.

In treatment I use a step-by-step analysis to isolate the mechanical problem, Within a joint, a mechanical change affects the way one surface or structure moves with another. A mechanical problem, when identified, frequently has a quick resolution.

The Results...Amazing Outcomes!

"I thought I was going to get a hip replacement. The orthopedic surgeon said I had arthritis. You alleviated the pain that I had! You guys are the best!"
